Position Title: Admin Coordinator
Coordinates in between the Project Management, Project Team and clients.
KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES: Description
- Preparation of Project Daily Reports and Projects Tracking report – Tracking Report
- Preparation of Site Visit Reports, Quotations and invoices to be verified by Area Supervisor- Consolidated with the Work Scope
- Processing ARAMCO ID request and Vehicle Sticker and follow up with the clients for approval together with the required documents- Tracking Report
- Prepare all required documents by the Project Team -Primary Documentation
- Petty Cash Management – Expenditures Routine
- Prepare all corresponding email to the client – Communications
- Overall coordination with the Project Team – Overall Performance
- Assist the employees to process HR requirements or request – ensure all issues are solved
- Track expiry of all Personal ID’s and Vehicle Stickers and make sure to renew before the expiry date.- Tracking Report
- Prepare and maintain documents required for Client Certification -Document Controlling
- Keep and maintain all Project Management documents – Document Controlling
- Preparation of Internal Handover and Receiving Statement and prepare tracking log -Tracking Report
- Petty Cash Management, EAR & BER Preparation and tracking – Business Expenditures and tracking Report
- Prepare and follow up required access Tracking Report
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Qualification – any bachelor’s degree or Diploma, adequate knowledge in MS Office is a MUST
- Experience – at least five (5) years of experience on the same position
