Position Title: Admin Coordinator

Coordinates in between the Project Management, Project Team and clients.

KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES: Description

  • Preparation of Project Daily Reports and Projects Tracking report – Tracking Report
  • Preparation of Site Visit Reports, Quotations and invoices to be  verified by Area Supervisor- Consolidated with the Work Scope
  • Processing ARAMCO ID request and Vehicle Sticker and follow up with the clients for approval together with the required documents- Tracking Report
  • Prepare all required documents by the Project Team -Primary Documentation
  • Petty Cash Management – Expenditures Routine
  • Prepare all corresponding email to the client – Communications
  • Overall coordination with the Project Team  – Overall Performance
  • Assist the employees to process HR requirements or request – ensure all issues are solved
  • Track expiry of all Personal ID’s and Vehicle Stickers and make sure to renew before the expiry date.- Tracking Report
  • Prepare and maintain documents required for Client Certification -Document Controlling
  • Keep and maintain all Project Management documents – Document Controlling
  • Preparation of Internal Handover and Receiving Statement and prepare tracking log -Tracking Report
  • Petty Cash Management, EAR & BER Preparation and tracking  – Business Expenditures and tracking Report
  • Prepare and follow up required access  Tracking Report

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

  • Qualification – any bachelor’s degree or Diploma, adequate knowledge in MS Office is a MUST
  • Experience – at least five (5) years of experience on the same position
